Mtaani Foundation is registered with the National Bureau for NGOs in Uganda, Registration No. INDR159885202NB.
Legal standing
We operate under the Non-Governmental Organisations Act, 2016, and the regulations made under it, which govern how NGOs in Uganda are registered, run, and held to account.
How donations are used
In plain terms: gifts pay for the work of getting children off the street and home (outreach, food, medical care, counselling, schooling, and family tracing) and for the cost of safe referral and temporary care support through partners. We'll publish audited figures here as they're available.
